Understanding world events is an ever increasingly complex task due to the plethora of misinformation that is purported to be factual. Even the mainstream media seems to have reverted to publishing opinion rather than sources and verifiable facts.
In the US it is being reported that Judge Alito ordered the segregation of votes received in Pennsylvania after 8pm on election day, with a subsequent decision by Judge Leavitt ordering that those votes are invalid and must not be counted. Unfortunately, citations to the cases are not provided and I am not sufficiently familiar with US law to locate them. The mainstream press has always staunchly denied the possibility of voter fraud, which is seemingly ludicrous given that it seems likely that voter fraud would always be a part of every election. The real question is to what extent has voter fraud occurred and does it have a material impact on the election. Yet this dichotomy does not seem to be even accepted as a possibility by many of the media organisations. This only further harms there claim to be objective.
