This is part of the #socialist agenda to undermine private property ownership. Although it may sound good in theory, land tax is generally something that is paid as part of the initial purchase. There after you can live in your home. With land tax you have to pay land tax, which will increase over time, every year until you can no longer afford it and are forced to sell your home.
